Heart of Ice

This was inspired by a trip to the beautiful province of Newfoundland, where I saw an iceberg roll over close to shore. The deep uneven veins in it were a revelation. In addition to quartz crystals, marble, Azul Macauba and glass, this mosaic contains a Newfoundland mineral called Virginite, which is green and beautiful.
